📦 Return Policy (EU Compliant)

Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving it, without providing any reason.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when received: unused, unworn, with original tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@salvage-hub.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Returns must be sent to:

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label.
⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


🔍 Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.


🚫 Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned under Belgian and EU law, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Sealed hygiene products once opened (e.g. underwear, cosmetics)

  • Hazardous goods (e.g. flammable liquids or gases)


🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.


⚠️ Important Notice Regarding Salvage Goods

Some items on our website are sold as salvage goods, clearance lots, or damaged stock. These items are sold as-is, often at reduced prices, and may include minor defects or signs of handling.

These products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.
By purchasing these items, the customer accepts their condition and waives the right to return or exchange, unless the product is not as described.

Each listing will clearly mention if the item falls under this category.


🔄 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, faulty, or not as described.


💳 Refunds

If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
